Q: I'm planning to study in Vancouver community college. The only problem I'm concerned is transportation because i have no drivers license and car. Also vancouver rains a lot i heard so thats really a problem. Is it easy to reach Vancouver community college where ever my apartment may be in vancouver? please help.
