Q: i heard it rains a lot in vancouver. I was wondering if a lot of people still go out even though it rains? how hard is the rain? I'm planning to study college there and im very worried because I'll be renting my own place and i dont have a car so I'll be depending on public transportation during my whole stay. so plz help me out.
A: It rains a lot except in summer. It doesn't usually rain very hard but can drizzle all day. If you have a decent coat and footwear you can do all your usual outdoor activities without getting very wet. Most of the time, the rain is light enough that you can walk around in it without really noticing it.
