A: Nobody in Vancouver is prepared for snow. Ever. And you know what, it snows almost every freaking year, at least for a short time. People trying to drive slide all over the place in their summer tires, then everyone tries to take transit and the transit system breaks down because of the overload. The whole city shuts down because of a little bit of snow. It's ridiculous. Okay well snow in April is odd, but weather patterns are changing all over the world because of global warming. It's not necessarily warmer weather all the time, it's more erratic and storms are predicted to continue to get worse!
