A: The ride I guess you know by now it is 1 hour and 35 mins. I would recommend that you go to their web site and reserve ahead of time. you must be there no later than 30 mins from departure time and no earlier than 60 min. If you do not want to spend the extra $15 and miss the ferry depending on the day and time I have heard 1-3 sailng waits during peak times, which could mean 2-5 hours in your car. Something else worth doing if you are on the right ferry is having the buffet which in itself is average but the view on the ferry cruising over and having a bite to eat is priceless. The buffet depending on time of day is under $20 at dinner. Not all the ferries have the buffet though.
