A: So far, Stanley Park has been mentioned(that's free). Get fish and chips while there. You should also go to Queen Elizabeth Park (that's free), Van Duesen Gardens (you pay). The other person was talking about Gastown, not Gaslamp; it's not as great as it used to be. If you like shopping, Pacific Centre, Robson Street, Granville Island is so much fun! Go for gelato while there, also you can find some great things there you won't see elsewhere. Go to the bead shop, the kitchenware store, the bookstore. The local artisans have shops ie weaving and pottery. If you love pasta, go to Anton's (sorry, can't remember the street it's on; check the phone book) Get there early or you will have to wait in line, but the portions are HUGE. Get chocolate at Brussels chocolates. can't think of anything else, but there is lots. enjoy your trip.
