A: If you mean that you are of East Indian extraction, you might find Vancouver to your liking. There are East Indian people here of all kinds--some whose ancestors came here over 100 years ago, some who arrived directly from India more recently, some who came by way of Africa and other places. You will have no trouble buying traditional foods and clothing in Vancouver. And Vancouver has much less snow than Toronto though it rains a lot in winter. Education for younger children will be similar in both cities. Ontario has more universities but BC has a few with good reputations. I think establishing a retail business would be similar in both cities.
