A: Bigger than London Ontario, ALOT smaller than London UK. The city of London has a population of roughly 8 million while the city of Vanocuver is just over 600,000. Is Vancouver Island really bigger than the UK? Just becuase the population of the UK is over 60 million and the population of Vancouver Island is like, less than 700,000....
