Q: I am more into sport activities. I like badminton, and walking and hiking. I also the nature so much and like cyling too. I wondered where in Vancouver specially in "North Vancouver", a single girl can go for such healthy activities for free, and till what time of day is good to stay out. Also if you can tell where I can find some good gyms for Aerobic classes in North Vancouver and how much is the tuition of such classes usually per month.

A: Lynn Headwaters and Lynn Canyon, Capilano Canyon, Seymour Demonstration Forest are all excellent places to hike. You can walk along the West Van waterfront for miles. In the parks I'd want to be off the trails an hour before dark, West Van maybe by an hour after dark.
