The 176 St crossing doesn't usually have much of a wait. Campbell River-Nanaimo...2 hrs Nanaimo-Horseshoe Bay...2 hrs Horseshoe Bay to 176 St border crossing...1 hr 176 St to Seattle...3 hours Total 8 hours, provided you hit Vancouver freeway traffic sometime between 9 am and 2:30 pm, or after 6:30 pm. Any other time, all bets are off. Campbell River to Coho Ferry, downtown Victoria....4 hrs Victoria to Port Angeles....1.5 hrs Port Angeles to Seattle....2.5 hours, and includes another ferry Total 8 hours plus immigration and possible second ferry wait Campbell River to Sidney...4 hours, maybe a bit more. Sidney to Anacortes...2 hours Anacortes to Seattle...1.5 hours Total 7.5 hours, plus immigration waits The ferries from Victoria and Sidney have relatively few sailings, you might want to take that into account.
