A: Despite the first persons comments, I would take Vancouver any day, I worked there and loved it and as far diversity, it has it, the scenery it has it, the fresh mountain air it has it, safe street (there are section) it has it, climate, activities, sports teams, schools, all round if I were not semi-retired and on a provincial disability, I would have moved back there long a go. While I am sure the area around LA and Orange County are fine, the pollution, guns everywhere, gang violence, and if you have seen the news wild fires and winter floods recently, I can say with out a doubt those issues are not a factor in Vancouver or any of the suburbs around it.
