Q: I have an assignment and The only thing i like was quebec has cheaper houses than Vancouver.. I need help can anyone give me tips from how quebec is better place to live than Vanocuver?
A: If you like sub-zero weather, many feet of snow each winter, massive ice storms which knock out power for days, treacherous driving conditions, road signs in French only, clerks who will only confer with you in French and a generally snobby atitude towards Anglophones, then Quebec is the place to be. On the other hand, if you enjoy beautiful scenery, ski and golf on the same day, multicultural residence base, beautiful weather in the summer, mild winters andmost everybody speaks English and French then Vancouver is the spot. Your choice.
