A: Don't listen to the first answer she is pretty wrong. Surrey is a pretty big place and it's not a indian place what a little racist the first answer is. In surrey there are several parts the best place to live in surrey would be Cloverdale, Langley and south Surrey Places to stay away from in surrey North Surrey thats the only place in surrey which isn't good.. okay so i have mls.ca listed under fraser valley all you have to do is put the price and stuff. http://www.mls.ca/PropertySearch.aspx?AreaID=749&MapURL=%3fAreaID%3d6242 Now for Burnaby it's an okay place. It's more like a city and the people aren't as friendly. For jobs. Surrey has tons of jobs available right now. And probally the same with Burnaby.
