Q: Like North, South, East, or West?
A: If your trying to decide between Burnaby and North/West Van... if you can afford it the North van area is much nicer, near to the mountains, family , upper middle class kind of thing. Burnaby has good spots and bad spots but generally the more eastern area of the city is more family firendly than the western areas of burnaby
