Q: We're going to be in Vancouver in August, and my teenage boys would love to see some of the Stargate sets. Are there organized tours in the area? (I can't find anything on the internet)
A: I haven't heard of any such tours. Your chances of seeing any sets are rather poor unless you know someone associated with the production. The sets are in a studio which has security and which requires anyone entering the lot where the studio is to have a legitimate reason for going there, like they work there or have business there. This would be especially true when the show is filming because people on the set have jobs to do so they can't have visitors trooping through, and schedules change so it can be hard to predict when the sets would not be in use.
