A: I'd say closer to 3.5 hours to get right into downtown Vancouver. And for border crossings, I'd recommend the Truck Crossing (just before the Peace Arch) as it is *generally* less busy than the Peace Arch. AM 730 is a Vancouver radio station that is dedicated to traffic updates. You can get an update on the border line-ups about every 5 minutes or so. You should be able to tune in somewhere around or just past Bellingham. :)
