A: Whisler is really safe and it's mostly upper class people living there after retirement. Not many young people out there. People who live in Vancouver go there for vacation which gets pretty pricy. But back to your question... Whistler has relatively cool summers. Right now it is around 18-20C max and winnipeg is around 25-29C. I think BC has one of the coolest summers in Canada.
