Q: don't know if easter monday counts as one or not, generally, and i live out of town and need to plan my trip around it..
A: Banks will be open in Victoria. I have a banker friend that has grumbled for years, that Easter Monday isn't a holiday in BC and that Banks cannot be closed for more than 3 days in a row. They get Good Friday off, most normally close Saturdays, and so they all normally are open Easter Monday.
