A: James Bay is probably the neighbourhood you'd be interested in if you like Kitsilano in Vancouver. It's the oldest residential neighbourhood on the west coast north of San Francisco. Located on the southern tip of Victoria, the area is loaded with cafes, restaurants, shops and more. Also, it's right by the waterfront promenade and the Fisherman's Wharf.
