To get to the bus depot, my choice is Duffy's taxi, Duffy's Taxi, or others similar with similar exotic drivers. I would prefer the transit option with the standard toonie fare. I am poor and use this option in many cities. What's with Winnipeg? Get a bus out to the airport. Not everone is rich. Especially me. Call your transit company with this question. They don't laugh, but neither does anything change.
