A: check out winnipegtransit.com to get a lot of info. You can use Navigo on there to plan out specific trips or get phone numbers for assistance, bus schedules, etc. Paper copies of bus schedules are available at the Millenium library downtown, there are some at St. Vital, often the bus drivers will have copies of their schedules...there are a lot of places you can look, so good luck! (and if you're talking about the other type of bus check out greyhound.ca)
