A: I saw them being sold at the airport a few weeks ago and at a St. B's hospital gift shop... My girlfrriend just bought me one so, I'll ask her where she got it from and get back to ya... Have you checked Shoppers? Or Safeway? They have tons of gift cards...not sure though.
