A: The police chased the biker's out of Ontario and Quebec. There are only a few members of the biker gangs that used to be there. As for hooker's, I am not sure why there are so many in Winnipeg. Perhaps there is good money for them to make. There is a 3 way run for murder capital in Canada, Vancouver, Toronto and Winnipeg. Police love donuts and coffee and if you want a police officer then go there instead of to your local police station. You can have a coffee and discuss your day with them.
