Q: Does anybody know anything to do out in the Winnipeg Beach/ Gimili area? I am spending a few days out there (14th until 19th)? (My boyfriend and I really like outdoor stuff)
A: You'll have a great time in Gimili-it's not winter now but since we've had a cold spring if you're going from May 14-19 there will be no swimming-I would be surprised if all the ice has melted off the lake yet! There are however many nice little shops and restaurants and if you have access to a vehicle you can drive north or south of Gimili and explore the other beaches and hiking trails.
