A: No you can't. You have to be 18 to get in clubs in Manitoba, even if you are with someone that's 18. The only exception to this is a clue just opening up in Winnipeg that's just for teens. It's actually having it's grand opening tonight, so I don't know what it's like, but it looks pretty good. They've spent a lot of money on it, just as they would have a club for adults. It's on McMillan Avenue, and used to be called the Barca Club. I looked it up on map Quest, so that should give an idea how to find it if you're interested.
