A: YES, you can. But if you are under age 16, you need a "Parental Consent Form" signed by your parents saying that you are allowed to work. Sort of like a wavier. Most places won't hire someone under 16, but you can always try fast food restaurants or teen clothing stores. They sometimes will hire a 15 year old if that form mentioned above is agreed to by your parents. That form is a legal obligation if they hire you, so legally it must be signed. The employer will have that form for you. Some small town businesses may also hire someone your age.
